The Euro Hôtel is an easy base for getting around London. It's close to the Tube and international rail station, with shops and restaurants nearby for whatever you need. The street is very quiet, though there are seven hotels along it. The British Library and British Museum are both walkable, and each is worth a full day. With so many visitors around speaking different languages, you won't feel like the only tourist. The staff were excellent. The front desk offered to store our extra suitcases so we wouldn't have to carry them upstairs. For breakfast, which was full English, they thawed gluten-free pork sausages the night before to cater for my gluten-free allergy. As anyone who needs gluten-free food knows, it can be hard to find people who take the effort to care, so I appreciated it very much. For that reason alone, I'll choose the Euro Hotel over the several places on the street we don't know next time I'm in London.

They even prepared our breakfast the night before because we had an early checkout. It was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Its location near central London was convenient and accessible. Everything about the location, cleanliness, and comfort was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

The price felt fair, and the place was clean. The staff were nice and breakfast was decent, though nothing special. It's a bit old and worn, but the location worked well for us: close enough to walk to the train station, with a direct, if slow, Tube ride to Heathrow from Russell Square.

For a London base, the location is a real plus, and breakfast was good: a small continental buffet plus a full English made to order. The rooms are on the small side and can feel stuffy. I wouldn't choose it for a relaxing stay in the room. Also, noise carries from upstairs, so stomping guests above can be a problem.

For a budget stay in central London, this was just right. The room was spotless, breakfast was fantastic, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I'd happily stay again. If you're looking for somewhere fancy, you'd need to spend quite a bit more.
