Redchurch House

The decor and all the little touches made this my best hotel stay ever. The location was hard to beat too. I already want to come back.

The amenities and extra touches were great, and it's a stylish place in a good location. The stay was a bit of a mixed bag, though. I had the big room and paid a premium, but the curtains were properly broken, which I found unacceptable. There was also a wonky light fitting with a blown bulb, and housekeeping seemed hit and miss. The fridge wasn't cold, so the milk went off. It feels like quite a few standard procedures have slipped over the years.

I've stayed at Redchurch several times over the past few months and plan to keep coming back. The rooms are lovely and clean, with beautiful linen and essentials well stocked in case you've forgotten anything. What really makes it for me is the staff. Fin and Clyde have been especially helpful and kind, and never make you feel like you're asking too much. When you're staying alone, that means a lot. Thanks, Redchurch. I'll be back.

I slept so well here. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable, and I loved the beautiful room decor. They left complimentary cookies each day, which were lovely with a cup of tea in the room. I had a pleasant chat with Lijana at the front desk when I checked out. A really nice stay, and I'd come back next time I'm in London.
