Rest Up London - Hostel

For an inexpensive place in central London, the location and price are hard to beat, and I'd recommend it if that's what you're after. My room was dusty enough that I kept having to sweep the dust off my bed. It got into my lungs and set off my allergies, so I had to take antihistamines. The toilets weren't very clean, and one tap was broken with no running water. The shower pressure was good, though there was no ordinary soap like in other hostels. The six-bed room felt cramped, the beds squeaked, and there were no privacy curtains. With the doors slamming, it was very hard to get a good night's rest. Cleanliness overall could be better, but the low price and location won out for me.

You may have a private bathroom in your room or share one, but both types were very clean and pleasant to use.
