⚠️ Be careful with this place. I paid for a booking through Booking.com, then got a separate link asking for another £50 deposit even though I’d already paid through the app. They later cancelled my reservation, saying I hadn’t shown up for check-in. That’s not true: I was at the property before the check-in window ended. They kept my money, gave no refund, and ignored my calls and messages when I tried to sort it out. I feel like they took my money and cancelled for no reason. This felt like a scam, and I’d avoid the property.

I stayed for two days and liked it. The place was clean, bright and had a good atmosphere, and check-in took five minutes. Just contact the administrator and follow the instructions, then you’re all set. If you’re used to living in a house rather than an apartment, bring earplugs. I live in a high-rise, so hearing neighbors is normal for me. I’ll stay here again on my next trip to London.

I booked in a rush and regretted it. I ended up getting another room at ibis instead. The door wouldn’t lock from inside, and they didn’t fix it. The room was tiny, smelled strongly, and was noisy enough that anyone coming or going woke you up. The bed was uncomfortable too. It cost almost the same as ibis, but the stay had no comfort at all. Worst experience I’ve had, and far too expensive for what it was.

Please book somewhere you’ll be treated with respect and professionalism. The communication here was blunt and impolite, and the owner seemed to think staying there was a favor. I ended up with no room because they left the wrong key in the box, and I had a flight to catch the next day. Maybe some people will get lucky and have a good stay, but I wouldn’t risk it. People say you get what you pay for, but in my case this ridiculous place wasn’t worth even what I paid.
