I’ve been to Chiswick twice now and already have another visit planned. The staff have been helpful, cheerful and efficient every time, and I really like the stylish rooms. Their serious commitment to sustainable environmental goals is another big reason I choose this hotel chain. It’s well worth the stay.

I've stayed here about 7 times and have recommended it to lots of people. The decor is lovely, and many of the staff are really friendly. It's also easy to get around London from the major tube line, and I’d rather stay here than in the hectic centre. The location is especially good with a dog, with lots of parks nearby and the Thames River path close by.

The rooms are thoughtfully set up for kids, including a little "bits and bobs" box, and the kitchenette was a big help since I'm coeliac and often struggle to find safe food when eating out. We could also get fresh milk of our choice in the room, which was a massive win for me. What really amazed me was how helpful the front desk staff were when my toddler became very poorly overnight. I had nobody who could help me get medicine, so I arranged a deliveroo delivery. The kind man brought it up and checked whether there was anything else he could do. We stayed with our family a few weeks ago, and we’ll definitely come back.

The room had cooking facilities, so I could easily have stayed much longer. I liked the design, the staff were very friendly, and the lobby cafe was nice. I enjoyed the gym too. Great hotel in a good location, would highly recommend staying here.
