We booked and paid for four people, but there were only three beds. The fourth person was meant to use the sofa, but its mattress topper was heavily stained, with visible urine marks. One of the beds had blood stains, and the bathroom was very dirty. There were also several mouse traps in the stairwell, which immediately worried us. We chose the apartment because it advertised an elevator, as one of us had an injured foot and depended on it. It was broken when we arrived. We were told it would be fixed the next day, but it wasn't. When we raised all this, the person handing over the apartment behaved very unprofessionally, shouted at us, and told us to accept it or find somewhere else. The location is good, but this was the most unhygienic apartment we've experienced. Given its condition and how guests are treated, I can't recommend it. In our opinion, it's highly overpriced for what it offers.

We never got back the $3500 they took in February 2025. This company takes people's money, cancels bookings, and doesn't provide refunds. Read the reviews across the travel platforms; even when pressured to refund, they don't reply to the travel websites.

The cleanliness was appalling. The apartment looked neglected and clearly hadn't been cleaned, and there were animal traps in the stairwell. The sofa bed was the worst part: dirty, completely worn out, and so uncomfortable that we were lying on the springs and couldn't sleep. We booked for four because the location was convenient, but the apartment was on the fifth floor and the elevator stayed out of order our whole visit. Nobody told us beforehand, so we had to carry our luggage up several flights. I strongly advise against booking it.
