Scenic Shepherds Bush Home by Westfield London

For £75 a night, this was way below even basic budget hotel standards. The room had no towels, smelled strongly of weed, and was so cold that we had to sleep with the window open. The sheets seemed unwashed or just sprayed with fabric spray, the furniture was dilapidated, and the shower was dirty. I paid for a clean, usable room with clean bedding and towels, a hygienic bathroom, and somewhere comfortable to sleep, not a room stinking of smoke or weed.
