The apartment was a good size, very clean (dobra), and had everything we needed. The first day was a bit chaotic when we tried to get in, though we eventually sorted it out. We also had to argue to get a key for the patio door, which had been left unlocked in central London. I'd stay again and would recommend it.
We had a great 13-night stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the location was great. There was a problem with the electronic entry lock, but Sam from the WhatsApp support team helped us quickly.
