Somers Town Apt. By City Stay London

For what it costs, this was a scandal. The shared areas were poorly maintained, and when we arrived the place hadn’t been cleaned: rubbish was everywhere and the beds were unmade. We waited two hours for a cleaner, while the previous guests’ sheets and towels sat in bags in the cupboards. There were barely any kitchen utensils, just three glasses for four people, and no instructions for the hot plate, so we had to call City Apart. The window had no double glazing, which meant noise, and there was also a hot water problem. The neighborhood felt sad and dirty, with no cafés or restaurants nearby. It’s not suitable for families or for six people. Avoid it. Shameful.
