We left and booked another hotel. The basement room was dirty and dingy, the mattress was hard, and the shower tray was grim. The toilet moved around, and there was so much noise outside. Do not stay here!

There’s a fridge, ventilator, and complimentary tea, coffee, and small snacks. It’s about 15 minutes from Stratford Station, and the bus stop is only two minutes away. Nice place to stay if you don’t expect too much. The windows don’t close properly, and you can hear other guests through the walls.
It’s an affordable hotel with lovely staff, and being so close to a train station made getting into London easy. Great place to stay if you’re on a budget. I’d definitely recommend it.
The location is terrific, easy to find, and about ten minutes by bus to Stratford City bus station. You can also walk there if you want to save a bit. The man who greeted me was incredibly polite and helpful. The lobby’s plain, but you probably won’t spend much time there. For a budget hotel, that was a fantastic stay. The room was clean and lovely, with fresh linen and enough space for my luggage. I was on my own in a single room. The bed was a good size, and the clean, comfortable mattress gave me a decent night’s sleep. The pillow was a bit hard for my taste, though others might like it. The bathroom is small but laid out well. I’m 6"5', and even in the compact shower cubicle I had room to manage. The shower head is at a great height for tall people, something I haven’t often found even in higher end hotels. It was clean overall, though there was a small patch of black mould in the sealant, which you might expect in a shower. The water temperature and pressure were fantastic. The controls took me by surprise, with separate hot and cold knobs instead of one for temperature and one for pressure. That was my fault for not looking before turning it on. A hairdryer in the room would help, and a bedside lamp would save you stumbling around at night. Still, it’s a brilliant budget option for a London trip. I’d stay again. 8/10.
Friendly staff and easy connections by Tube and bus. It’s reasonably priced for London and has everything you need for a short stay.
