Studio Suite Paddington

We booked the apartment for three nights, but the conditions were poor enough that we left the next morning. When we asked to move rooms, we were told none were available. We then requested a refund for the remaining two nights, and the hotel agreed to return only $100. We’d visited London Paddington Apartment in November, when it wasn’t busy, and the location and basic service were okay. But the room was extremely cramped for a family of four, with barely any space to walk. The bathroom was tiny, the sink drain was clogged, and the strong incense smell throughout the room made it uncomfortable. I’m surprised to see the 5 star Google reviews. It was a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

For an affordable, nice room, this is a good place to come. The location is ideal, with several bus and train stations close by. We had one of our best stays in London: a super clean, spacious room, which is rare here, and a spotless bathroom that was amazing.

Expidia and London Paddington Apartaments put my reservation in the wrong month. I asked for my money back, but after a month I still hadn’t received it. I’d advise against booking this kind of place and suggest choosing a hotel with a 24-hour front desk. In the middle of the night we were lucky to find a good hotel nearby for the same price, breakfast included, just 2 minutes from London Paddigton Apartments.

The staff were kind and helpful, and they even gave our dog treats, which we really appreciated. Our room was clean and lovely, with a king-size bed and a nice bathroom. The location in central Paddington was great, just a few minutes on foot from Hyde Park and Paddington Station.
