From the lovely welcome onwards, our stay at Covent Garden Hotel was luxuriously comfortable. The concierge, Agostinho Benedito, was so kind and helpful. He remembered my name and gave us excellent ideas for things to do and places to see, along with useful tips. Miss Petra at reception was a joy too, sweet, engaging and extremely helpful when we arrived. The team’s sincere hospitality stood out. Brasserie Max was amazing, and the rooms and hotel decor were immaculate and beautifully done. The hotel sits on a quiet street, within an easy walk of anything you could want. It’s a shining jewel in central London, and we hope to come back soon.

The team made our visit especially memorable. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they all shared good wishes for our wedding anniversary. We were also kindly upgraded to a wonderful room. The hotel itself is the best we’ve stayed at in London, with distinctive, tasteful decor, a relaxed feel and a great location right in the heart of everything. The staff consistently went above and beyond. Great to see first-rate service still alive in this gem of a hotel. We hope to return soon.

Nikki is a real treasure, always ready with helpful suggestions, and over the years several staff members have become friends. It’s lovely to see them whenever I return. I’ve been staying at the Covent Garden hotel on London visits for around twenty years, and only just realized I’d never written a review. The West End location makes it easy to explore on foot or with a quick tube, taxi, or bus ride. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, with thoughtful, whimsical design. The little things are right too, especially the shower pressure and mattress. Brasserie Max is a dependable, popular restaurant, and the team there is always accommodating and polite. For a charming, memorable and comfortable London stay, this is the place I keep coming back to.

I haven’t stayed overnight, so I can’t speak to the rooms, but I had a really impressive visit for a business meeting and afternoon tea. The meeting room was lovely, and the tea was superb. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very professional. I especially appreciated the vegetarian choices and that my food was served separately. The cocktails were amazing too. We couldn’t finish everything, and the team kindly packed the cakes for us to take home. I’m looking forward to coming back with my family, and I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
