I booked through a hotel website, but when I arrived there'd been no instructions at all for getting into the property. I called their number four times and nobody answered. Then I spent an hour on the phone with the hotel broker while they also tried to reach the property. In the end I was booked somewhere else. Looking at the other reviews, maybe I dodged a bullet. Complete trash.

The staff were really nice, and the location is great, right across from the Underground and several bus stops, with St. Pancras station very close by. The apartment was well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, iron, folding clothes airer and a big fridge. The bathroom wasn't very large, but it was very good. The bedroom curtains were the main downside. They're so thin that lots of light comes in at sunrise, though they've promised to replace them. The stairs up to the apartments are narrow and awkward, especially with suitcases.

We were six people but only had bedding for five, and had to wait two days for the extra set. The dining area only really works for three anyway. Cleanliness is questionable, and for noise you've got the metro passing every minute, motorcycles parked outside, or the apartment upstairs.
