The reception staff were friendly and funny, and seemed keen to help with requests. Earl's Court is handy for getting around, though it can feel sketchy and dirty. I stayed in a basement suite and found lots of spiderwebs when I first arrived, then saw several spiders during my stay.

The location may be the only real plus here. We stayed two nights in a studio suite, three people, and it was too small for three adults. The toilet was cramped as well. London was in a heat wave, but the suite windows were locked and management wouldn't open them, saying it was policy. Fans without fresh air didn't help much, and the hotel did little to make things more comfortable. It was a very bad stay. The kitchen was well equipped, but bring your own tea and coffee unless you want to feel indebted to the staff. For these prices, there are definitely better places nearby.

We spent two months here when we first arrived in London in 2023. The flat was a decent size, the service was outstanding, and the location is really good. It was pet-friendly too, and we appreciated how carefully everyone treated our cat. Thanks to reception guys Amin & Arrif and cleaning ladies Antonetta and Mariana for helping us feel at home, and to handyman Michael for tracking down and fixing a noisy engine in the building. The noise had kept us from sleeping because the bedroom walls were thin, but it stopped once Michael found the source. There were some hassles along the way. The bedroom was roasting because we were told it sat above the boiler room, with heat coming through the walls and floor. Even with the heating off, we needed a fan in December. Slamming doors at the neighbour's flat carried through the thin walls and woke us at night; a smoother closing system would help. One night, the night-shift guy was rude and unhelpful, interrupting us on the intercom and not wanting to sort out our issue.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the apartment was spotless. We stayed three days in a spacious basement apartment with our son, and it had everything we needed for a short visit, including a well-equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend it.
