Talisman & Duckman Tower at Canary Wharf by MySquare

I lived there for about a year and was fairly happy. The concierge team handled parcels efficiently, at least in my experience, and utilities were reasonably priced compared with other London developments. The building itself is okay, though not necessarily the nicest, and the higher-floor views are good. Apartments can get a bit hot, but there’s air conditioning.

I’ve lived at Talisman apartment for many years, and the concierge team are always positive and helpful. George found me a great cleaner and arranges her visits because her English isn’t strong. He also fixed my heating. Robert is sensational too. He and George have both watered my plants several times, far beyond what I’d expect from concierge staff. Another team member, whose name I’m sorry I don’t know, once knocked to wake me because I’d left my phone at home and it was meant to be my alarm. The same man helped get my electricity back on. Friends in similar buildings are amazed by how kind the team are and surprised they’d do so much for a resident in such a large block.

The concierge was rude and unprofessional.

The concierge woke me by knocking at 2am while I was asleep. It was disruptive and unprofessional, and honestly a bit creepy.
