We stayed a week with six people and were all comfortable, and we loved it. The kitchen was well equipped, so we picked up ready-cooked meals from the local store a few blocks away and ate them most evenings. The price was great, and the train station right nearby gets you to Victoria Station in one stop. This isn't a five star hotel, but it's a great place for a family to stay.
2/10
The apartment was poorly cleaned, and the bathrooms had quite a bit of mould. Its location was convenient, but I would never recommend the place. When we asked for a refund for just the night, they said no. We'd come back at 10.30pm to a tremendous noise through the wall, like a small aircraft about to take off, coming from the neighbouring vacant property, which was also a my serviced space apartment. After several attempts to reach the service number, we were told nothing could be done. The noise went on all night, so my children and I barely slept. Someone came by in the morning and found it was a faulty boiler. For “serviced” accommodation, the response to our night-time emergency was really poor.
10/10
Modern place, with good facilities and a good location.
8/10
A peaceful setting.
