Usman, the manager, was attentive, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. His customer service made a real difference. The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, with all the amenities I needed. I had a very pleasant stay, and I'm grateful to Usman and the whole team for their hospitality. I'd gladly return.

For an overnight before flying out, this was bloody brilliant for the price. The room had been newly done up and was spotless, with an enormous comfy bed and blackout curtains that helped me get a proper kip despite the planes. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but Usman was the real champ. He stayed up late for us, carried our bags, sorted everything with a smile, and rang a cab in the morning. West Drayton station is just around the corner, about 20 minutes to Paddington, and there are loads of places to eat nearby. No fuss, a great sleep, spot on for Heathrow stopovers. Cheers!

It matched the photos and was clean and comfortable. I knew from the room photos there was no kettle, though there's a lobby vending machine for hot drinks. I was able to add another night easily by speaking with reception. On my last day, Ali at the front desk was very helpful with checkout. I'd return, since the hotel is right by West Drayton tube station and suited the event we were attending perfectly.
