The California - Kings Cross St Pancras, London

Our downstairs room was plenty big enough for our family of five, with a separate bedroom and a large bathroom. The California was a lovely choice for a quick London visit. It’s a quiet spot, very conveniently right across the road from the train station. The decor was lovely, everything was clean, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again. 10/10.

The California is right across from the train station, with a million restaurants around, so it’s very practical. My friend and I were only there for one night, but Yahaea at reception took great care of us. We checked in late, at 8.30pm, and left early, at 6.20am. We still had a good night, and the beds were comfortable. Our ground-floor room wasn’t much disturbed by noise. I recommend the hotel and hope I can stay there again. Thanks for the great service!

The California Hotel was a convenient stop for my quick overnight business trip to London after arriving on Eurostar. Being so close to the station made everything easy after travelling. The hotel was clean and comfortable, just right for a short stay, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast next door was delicious, though the service could be very slow at times. The hotel itself was cozy, very clean, and had a pleasant little terrace. It’s perfectly placed, just a three-minute walk from the station. All the staff were smiley, professional, nice, and helpful, including Lynette and Darius. I’d certainly recommend staying here.
