The Chancery Rosewood

The Eagle bar on the rooftop is a must, with stunning views over Mayfair, delicious Martinis and some great American Bourbons. We also had Afternoon Tea one afternoon, which was excellent, with a huge collection of exotic teas. Our room was beautiful and very large, and the Spa, gym and pool felt super luxurious. Hospitality across the board was impeccable during our fabulous stay at the Chancery Rosewood. We've stayed at all the top London hotels before, and this one is now firmly at the top of our list. We'll be back!

The location made it easy to explore London, while the hotel itself was pleasantly quiet. Our room was stylish, beautifully designed and thoughtfully put together down to the smallest detail. From the first moment we felt welcome. The whole team was friendly, attentive, genuine and professional. Service, atmosphere, comfort and quality were all outstanding at the Rosewood Chancery. We had a perfect stay, would gladly return and highly recommend it.

The team is what sets The Chancery Rosewood apart. They're professional and genuinely willing to accommodate requests, starting with prompt, professional replies to an inquiry email before arrival, something I've rarely experienced at other hotels. At this price, it was hard to find London accommodation that included airport transfers both ways and fully flexible check-in and check-out. We stayed almost the whole next day because our flight was late at night. I stayed with my daughter, who was just as impressed. The pool team provided floaties and all the children's swimming accessories she needed, with hardly any asking from us. The hotel is beautiful, and the atmosphere, design and food were exceptional. This is my favourite London hotel so far. I'd had some concerns from Google reviews after staying at Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Emory all within the same month, but I didn't encounter any of those issues. All praise from me.

The service was so helpful, they even shifted my check-out to 10PM to fit my travel plans. I stayed in Feb 2026 and had a wonderful experience throughout. The room was spacious, quiet, thoughtfully designed and tasteful, with complimentary refreshments, and the location was fabulous.
