There are much better budget hotel options for the money. The staff were incredibly rude and had no customer service skills. I’ve seen homeless shelters that looked cleaner. Places like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Please don’t put your money into such low-standard businesses.

This was the worst “hotel” I’ve ever booked, and it was completely not worth the money. I’ve seen similar reviews here, and my first impression matched them: it didn’t feel safe or clean. You can get somewhere much better and safer for this price and in this area. There was no hotel sign, no light at the front and nobody at reception when I arrived. I stayed three nights and saw other guests going down to the basement just once. There were no staff at all. Ag*da listed free Wi-Fi where I booked, but there was no Wi-Fi, nobody to ask and no reply to my email or chat on ag*da. If I could, I’d give it a quarter star instead of one.

We had to find another hotel and take our children elsewhere. The room felt unsafe, with no keys, just number codes to get in, and the whole hotel smelled strongly of urine. I emailed asking for a refund and got no response. I don’t know how a place with such poor hygiene and safety standards is legally allowed to operate. When we arrived, there was trash everywhere and we were told the room wasn’t ready because of plumbing problems. Seven hours later, we returned to a horrible mess. The floors were wet and still dirty, there were stains on the toilet and in the shower, and every pillow had white stains that looked like bodily fluids from other guests. There was mud on the sofa bed too. The photos and videos show it for yourself. This was the most disgusting room I’ve ever booked, and the photos on all the websites were very misleading.

We didn’t stay. It was disgusting, noisy, and the arrival was a farce. We didn’t feel safe. The place was dirty, with no heating or hot water, and the only fork was behind the radiator. Don’t stay here!
