The Gate Hotel was well placed, and the price seemed reasonable. Everyone at reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was tiny, though having a private bathroom was a plus. We were there during a heatwave and would have appreciated a small fridge. We had a good stay and would recommend it for the location and welcoming staff.

Pranav was incredibly helpful and let us check in early. The staff were friendly, and the clean room had everything we needed. The location was great too, with at least three tube stations nearby.

Ahmed in particular gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in an ideal spot, not too far from central London. A great place to stay.

The staff were consistently kind and ready to help. The hotel is in a very central area, which makes the location excellent.

We didn't stay. The room was small, dirty, and had bedbugs, so we left for a nicer hotel and lost all our money. I asked if they could charge me for just one night and let me check out, but they kept the full payment for all three nights even though we never stayed at all.
