The Jesmond Dene – St Pancras Hotel Group

We slept like babies with the window open on an April night, so the extra air conditioning charge was fine for us. Room 4 was small but had everything we needed, and it was clean and quiet. The location is amazing, and the staff were professional and helpful. The hot water was hot and the pressure was good. The bed, at 140 cm, was a bit small for two. The toilet was very small too. If you’re over 175 cm tall, you can almost not fit your feet behind the closed bathroom door, but it was clean, functional, and manageable.

The rooms are small, but work perfectly well for a city trip. The location is great, just five minutes from the international station and metro lines. Ali helped us at checkout and let us leave our luggage to collect later. I’d recommend it.

It's a cozy, comfortable room close to the train station. Though it isn't spacious, it has the basics I need, including a hot shower, clean bathroom, and hair dryer. I’d like to stay here for a few days on my next visit to London.

We slept at the back and didn’t hear any noise overnight. The hotel was clean, conveniently close to st pancras station, and had all the comfort we needed. With big bags, the rooms might feel small, and there are no elevators. All in all, I’d recommend it.
