The Level Lounge was a great place to work or unwind, with plenty of comfortable seating, good drinks, a brilliant tapas hour, and an incredible selection of sweets and confectionery. Breakfast was superb every morning, and both Arado restaurant and the ‘35 Bar & Lounge were excellent. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately prepared, just what we needed after long, stressful hospital days. Accessibility was handled very well, which mattered to our family because one of us uses a wheelchair. We were back at The Level at Meliá White House recently while attending a nearby hospital for surgery. From arrival, the welcome was warm, genuine, and professional. Staff recognized us right away, said “welcome back,” took our bags, and made check-in effortless. The hotel is well placed for nearby private hospitals, Regent’s Park, and central London generally, but still felt calm inside. Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Special thanks to Mr Pablo Ibarra and the whole The Level team for showing our family such genuine care during a difficult time. We've stayed in many 5* hotels around the world, but this was quite simply one of our best experiences anywhere. We look forward to returning, and you've inspired us to book with you for a summer break overseas. Thank you again!

Breakfast was very good, and the room was clean, smart, and comfortable. Check-in went very smoothly. The lounge was pleasant and service was good, though on a busy bank holiday weekend they sometimes struggled to keep up with demand. Coffee was a bit of a challenge, with queues and the machines occasionally running short of milk. The air conditioning worked very well and was welcome.

The breakfast spread is absolutely worth having, with a great layout and plenty of options. The rooms were clean and the staff throughout the hotel were extremely nice. Just be aware that the walls are painfully thin. I could hear both sides of my neighbour's phone conversation.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Level Melia. The hotel feels airy, the reception area is nice, and breakfast was pretty good. Its location works well for London. I also really liked being able to open the windows for fresh air, and the shower was powerful. Thanks to Zubair, Andrea, Jacqueline, and Ayoub for their hospitality. The ladies serving breakfast in the Level were wonderful too. And my soya oatmeal was delicious!

Herbert, Troy, and Bebe made the Level Lounge feel welcoming and looked after me so well. The service was outstanding, attentive, and smooth throughout. The food was just as good: the salmon was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly, and the baked Basque cheesecake was exceptional, one of the highlights. Great atmosphere, lovely food, excellent service. I'll definitely be back.
