Jon at reception made a great first impression, greeting me warmly and helping with a smooth check-in. He was polite, professional, and made me feel valued. Room service was just as good, arriving quickly and presented cleanly, always with a smile. I had a wonderful stay, and everything exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend the hotel and would stay again.

The Mayfair bar is a must when you’re in Mayfair. We had a comfortable, welcoming stay, and Alex at reception made both check-in and check-out easy. The staff were fantastic, and I’d recommend the place to family and friends. Good luck, and thanks to everyone!

I’ve been coming here for years, and the recent renovation has made the hotel much better. The rooms are lovely and unusually spacious for London, and it’s peaceful inside despite being so central. The location makes it easy to do everything on foot, and the amenities are great. Breakfast has lots of good choices, though the room can get crowded. Reception and concierge are wonderful. Irina has been here for years and always goes the extra mile to make our stay special, it’s lovely to see her each time. One small disappointment was the bar service. We arrived around 15:00 and saw people having salads or eggs, but were told we couldn’t have food or even nibbles until 16:00. That seemed odd for a hotel like this. Still, I’d recommend it for both work and leisure.

Adiba H made the stay feel personal, even arranging coffee for me in the early hours while jet lag had me working. That’s the kind of hospitality that makes a difference. The rooms were lovely, though they seemed a bit small to me coming from the US. I appreciated having a separate closet and a roomy bathroom, and the in-room dining had a great selection, nicely presented. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. Great service, and I’ll definitely come back.
