Getting around London was easy from here, and the price was affordable. I stayed for a while and found the hotel clean, with staff who were helpful throughout. George, Marcil, Rania and Fatima were accommodating and always willing to deal with any complaints. They were never rude, and were happy to help.

The reception woman was so lovely and kind. The location is the real draw: a quiet area, yet close to lots of London sights and well connected. The rooms are quite small, and the place could use a little refurbishment, but for what you pay it's a great deal in this spot. You can't expect more at that price.

The only real drawback was hearing noise from the other rooms when the hotel was busy. It was quieter at night, though. Rania and Fatima were lovely, friendly and helpful, and Rania was especially kind and a star. Our room, number 03, was clean and cozy, with a bathroom I'd rate 5/5. The heating kept the temperature comfortable. Rooms are medium-sized and suited to a night or two, and the price was okay. The location is the key.

Clean, basic room, and I'd happily stay again. It was about a 10-minute walk from Victoria coach station. I stayed on 16th May, and the woman at reception was lovely.
