The Ritz London

The entrance staff greeted us with real respect and a personal warmth that immediately put my husband and me at ease. We came as a family of 8 to celebrate our Dad’s birthday, and the atmosphere, service, and food were all just right. Thank you to The Ritz for making the day feel so special for him and for all of us.

Afternoon tea was a real treat, with plenty to choose from, generous portions, and attentive service. We also enjoyed food and drinks in the cocktail lounge, where the atmosphere and quality were spot on. We were treated to a stay, and the hotel was stunning from the moment we arrived. The staff took such good care of us, and our suite was beautifully presented and far more luxurious than expected. It was hard to leave. A special stay we’ll remember, and one we’d recommend to anyone after a high end hotel experience.

The langoustine were as good as any I’ve had, perhaps even better than when we last visited The Ritz. We dined at your restaurant on Thursday 4th June, and both the menu and service were outstanding, just as expected. The staff were impeccable as always, and the menu delivered everything we’d hoped for. I hope the langoustine are just as good next time. Kind regards,

Evening tea was lovely, but I really didn’t appreciate being told I couldn’t take home food I’d paid for, supposedly for “safety” reasons. The dairy on the desserts was apparently fine, but mayo on a finger sandwich wasn’t. I’m not sure why a business gets to decide what I can do with my own property, but apparently that’s the situation.
