The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the lift was a big help with my disability. We also had a great pub and restaurant downstairs, with freshly cooked breakfasts each morning and delicious traditional pub food in the evenings. The 24/7 concierge was top notch and gave us useful suggestions for places to visit, shop, drink, and eat. Our three-night stay at The Sanctuary House was perfect. Westminster worked well for us: close to great sights, without too much late-night craziness. We highly recommend it.

Aaliyah made our evening especially enjoyable. She was friendly and attentive, took great care of our table, and kept everything running smoothly without hovering. The food was absolutely delicious too. We had a very enjoyable meal with business colleagues and look forward to visiting again. Aaliyah is a real credit to the team.

My son and I spent three nights here while touring London. We especially liked having a drink in the pub each night, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, the staff incredibly helpful, and The Sanctuary house was perfectly located. I'd highly recommend it to friends and family.

The room was adorable and more spacious than we'd expected, and the connected pub downstairs was handy for dinner after a full day sightseeing. For our first London visit, the location was amazing. Westminster Abbey is at the end of the street, and Big Ben and Westminster Bridge are a short walk away, where we caught the Uber boat around London. Buckingham Palace is close too. We could walk or take a short Uber, taxi, or bus to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved our stay and would recommend it for a first visit to London.

I really liked the little extras in the room, especially the comfortable robe and slippers. Having tea, a kettle, and cookies there was another nice touch. The hotel was lovely and we had a great stay. It's in a perfect spot near Big Ben, Westminster, the London eye, St. James Park, and lots of pubs.
