The White Hart Inn

Samuel and Tatiana made the place feel like home, and I had a lovely time getting to know them. The staff were all great, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The drinks straight from the draft were great too. I’ll definitely come back when we visit Twickenham again. I need more of Tatiana’s food. Thanks!

A perfect place to stay for a visit to Twickenham rugby stadium. We had a lovely day here and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The friendly young man behind the bar showed me our room and gave us a little tour of the pub. He was very polite and couldn’t do enough for us when we ordered drinks. He even gave us the darts to play.

The breakfast is well worth having, and the Ukrainian lady who serves and cleans is a gem. This is a great traditional pub, ideally placed for rugby at Twickenham and the Stoop. The rooms are basic but clean, though we heard some noise at night from adjoining rooms and creaky floors. It doesn’t serve real ale.

After eight years of using this as our go-to pub for Twickenham games, I’d say avoid the White Hart. It used to be a great pub, but the new owners’ greed has ruined it. Locals were charged £5.40 for a beer while everyone else paid £7.50. Walk five minutes around the corner to the Prince Albert, where everyone is treated the same.
