The Zetter Marylebone

The staff were incredible, especially Andrea, Michaela, Sam and Ranjith, who made our stay so lovely. The hotel was clean, the area felt safe and it had everything we wanted. The quirky décor has a fun British feel, and the location is fabulous for getting to Marble Arch, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend it.

We booked a table at Zetter for Friday evening drinks and food. Michaela greeted us like old friends when we arrived and showed us to our table. Sam was behind the bar, made us feel welcome and chatted with us about the different cocktails. The cocktails were delicious and traditionally mixed by a lovely guy whose name I’m sorry I didn’t catch. It’s a charming, quirky place for a drink. The food selection is limited, but what we ordered was delicious. We had a really enjoyable evening and will definitely come back.

Our room was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust, so a big thank you to housekeeping. Breakfast had a delicious range of hot and cold options, and the location was handy for shopping, Hyde Park and Bond St. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were fantastic, warm and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Nothing to fault, just a brilliant hotel all round. Thank you, team Zetter.

We felt like family here, welcomed warmly and treated with care. The morning we left, two of the three staff I’ve mentioned made a point of coming by the night before to say goodbye. We’ll stay again on our next London trip. My wife and I spent several nights here in late January. When I arrived on my own, manager Armi offered me a welcome drink. I asked to wait until my wife arrived a few hours later, and he agreed straight away. Once she’d settled in, bartender Ranjith offered it again without being prompted. Armi had left for the evening by then, so it was nice to see that staff shared information and kept things coordinated. The breakfasts were well prepared, and by the second morning the staff remembered what we liked. Ranjith was a joy, both as a creative mixologist and as someone to chat with. Andrea was friendly and informative over the several days we saw her, and responded promptly when we made requests. Housekeeping did an incredible job.
