Thornton Lounge Sleeps 4 - City Centre

My wife and I arrived in London on Thursday morning for a trip booked through Edreams, with round-trip flights and an apartment, Thornton Awesome Stay 4 Apartment convenient to Clapham Common. By 7:00 PM we had to book another hotel so we wouldn't end up sleeping on the street, because we still had no apartment. I was told I should have downloaded TTlock beforehand, but no email about it had ever reached me. The number listed in the app for the apartment went unanswered, by phone and WhatsApp. Thornton Awesome Stay didn't call, message, or email me. I was left completely on my own, and as of 2/12/2024 I was still waiting for any kind of reply. It felt like a scam. I contacted Edreams, who said I should have reached out to the apartment in advance. That turned into a four-hour loop. The same thing happened the following day and the day after. Now that I'm home, I'm asking for at least a refund for the apartment I had to pay for twice. They kept giving me the runaround, telling me to wait 24 hours and saying it wasn't Edreams' problem. They left me stranded in London without a solution. Shameful. Never again, Edreams.
