TLK Apartments & Hotel - Beckenham Junction

Many thanks to Ms. Sibel and the rest of the support team. They were friendly and very helpful.

The room was shockingly dirty, as if it had only been wiped down and not properly cleaned in months. There were men’s shaving hairs on the table and thick dust on other things. They moved us to another room, but it was only a little better. The window had a large crack and the decor was poor.

We stayed one night and had a great experience with the hotel staff. The room was really cosy, and Luna was so helpful and quick to respond.

The location was handy, with a bus station a 1 min walk away and the train station 5 min away. There are Coop and M&S supermarkets nearby, plenty of restaurants to choose from, and a park across the street for jogging. The room could use a fresh coat of paint because the walls were pretty dirty, and the bathroom smelled. The walls were paper thin, so we could hear the neighbours, especially the ones upstairs. They liked rearranging the furniture every night.
