Travelodge London Cricklewood

The hotel is very close to Cricklewood Thameslink station, and Willesden Green tube is about a 15-minute walk away. I booked a space in the car park; it wasn't large, but was nearly empty. The room was clean and fine. There's no air conditioning, though they supplied a fan. Breakfast was okay, no complaints.

The dinner menu could use more choices, but breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were nice, clean and tidy. There's a Tesco Express right next door 🙏🏻. I'd stay again if I were in the area.

The pizza was very good, and breakfast was okay. The staff were generally friendly, though they seemed to do only the bare minimum. When I left out the sign asking for cleaning and fresh towels, they put clean ones on the bed but left the used towels on the floor, even though I'd put them there for housekeeping to collect. I spent three nights in a super room. It wasn't huge, but it wasn't cramped either. The bed was clean, though the room looked grubby in places, with a poorly cleaned sink and several carpet stains. The shower, advertised as an upgrade over standard rooms, felt like a joke for the extra cost. The body wash dispenser hadn't been refilled, and I only discovered that after I was wet and already in the shower. Having to ask reception to refill it was incredibly frustrating. The WiFi sometimes didn't work, and the fixed heater was broken, though they had provided a portable radiator.

The bus stop right outside makes the location perfect, and the room was clean and tidy for good value. Cristina at reception was friendly, polite and professional. After a day in London, we had a few drinks in the bar, where evening staff member Nadre kept us laughing. Another great stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.
