University Of Arts - Don Gratton House

I want to thank the hotel team for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality during my stay. Fabiha, Ihsan, Amani, and Dunia were especially kind and professional, and they responded quickly to every request. Their smiles, positive attitude, and genuine care made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The security team also deserve appreciation for their professionalism and reassuring presence. Kadhim and Peter, the secretaries, were courteous and helpful too. Thoughtful, respectful service like this does not go unnoticed. Thank you all, and I wish you continued success.
