Covent Garden was a perfect base, with shops, restaurants and attractions nearby, and public transport close enough to make getting around easy. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated, and had everything I needed. It was spotlessly clean and felt welcoming. The Urban Chic team were easy to reach with questions and accommodating about my requests. They clearly wanted my stay to go well. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd gladly return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay in Covent Garden. Thanks, Urban Chic, for making it memorable.

The place had a bad smell, and the main switch kept turning off several times a day. I had to stand on a chair to reach it and switch it back on. I stayed at their property in Nevern Square Earl’s Court. After checkout, I realized I'd left my expensive wallet behind, with my cards and about £120 in cash. It took many calls and speaking to five different people to reach management. I told them I couldn't return to London for two weeks and asked them to keep it safe. They agreed. When I later let them know I was coming to collect it, I went to their main office in Baker Street and was told they'd “disposed” of it without warning. I feel completely disrespected.
