The location made getting around easy, with Notting Hill Gate tube station just a five-minute walk away and Paddington only two minutes from there. For the price, this is a really good-quality London hotel. The rooms were quiet and fairly spacious by London standards, and the breakfast was good. It even has lifts, which you rarely find in London. I'd happily stay again.

My room was a highlight: really clean, with a chic modern feel, a lovely garden view, and French doors opening onto a balcony. The staff were warm, and there’s even a very cute hotel cat. The building has historic charm and is kept in lovely condition, with a big lounge, billiards, a bar, and a vintage-looking lift that works beautifully. For an affordable three-star hotel, it feels top notch. Notting Hill Gate tube station is right down the street.

The large single room was quiet and had a good mattress. Breakfast offered a wide choice of hot and cold food, and there’s a lounge, a bar, and a coffee machine available around the clock. Wi-Fi was good, with a tube station and bus stop close by.

A no-frills, family-style place with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Our twin room was cleverly split into two separate rooms, which worked really well. It was clean, and although the bathroom was small, it did the job.

The location was perfect, and our room was big. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was brilliant. We parked at double tree hilton, about a six-minute walk away. We’ll definitely be back.
