The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay, with plenty of room and storage. Step outside and you can see the sea and river, with local eateries and bars all around. We tried a lot of the many places to eat and drink. There’s an allocated parking spot within 100yds, which is safe and easy to access once you get used to it. It’s a great way to get a feel for Looe and its residents, and worth a visit if you love Cornwall and some of its quirky characteristics. Try it!

Paul communicated very clearly and helpfully through the booking, and I can’t fault anything. The apartment was in a very good location, close to pubs and restaurants, and had everything needed for a short stay. The bed was comfy, though a fan in the room might be useful on hotter days.

We didn’t use the car once, as there’s plenty to see and do in Looe. September was ideal, still bustling but not crowded. Sand Martin was spotless and very well equipped, and the Quay and Beach were right on the doorstep. We had a wonderful four-day break and sat with a cuppa on the bench outside the Lifeboat station several mornings. We unloaded near the property, then parked at Mill Pool carpark, a short walk through town and over the bridge. Paying for the week was cheaper at £26.50. Many thanks, we’ll be back 😊

Being right in the centre of Looe was fabulous. It’s a delightful harbour town, and the apartment was lovely and cosy. We had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable with lovely linen, so we slept like babies.

We enjoyed the six-mile coastal walk to Polperro and thoroughly recommend it. The number 10 bus runs frequently for the return. The apartment is in a quiet street, just five minutes from the sandy beach and minutes from town. It’s small but perfectly adequate for a couple, with every home comfort catered for. We wanted to stay longer!
