Shellseekers Guest House

The bed was so comfortable that I felt much better by the time I went home. We were lucky enough to get the balcony overlooking the harbour. I didn’t try the breakfast, but for accommodation this was the best place. Absolutely lovely, and in a perfect location.

We stayed in several places during our week, and this one was the best by far. The room was beautiful, immaculate and had everything we needed, with a fabulous view. Little extras made it more comfortable, especially the small fridge and cool fan. We’d gladly come back. Lots of places could learn from the way you do things 😊

We spent every evening on the balcony with a glass of wine, looking out over the river to the sea and watching the boats. The view was the highlight of our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful touches, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. They also had great suggestions for places to eat and visit. The B&B is just a short stroll from the harbour, shops and restaurants, but feels peaceful and private. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and can’t wait to return.

Room 4 had a balcony over the river, with an outlook we couldn’t have asked to improve. The location is fantastic, the hosts were excellent, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, hot and served quickly. Highly recommend this B&B, and we’ll definitely be back.
