The host was friendly and very accommodating. The beds and bathroom were comfortable, though my room had a sealed connecting door that let through a lot of sound, so privacy wasn’t great. It’s about 30-40 minutes’ walk from the uni and 10 minutes from town, close enough to get around without much effort. I’d recommend it.
