We were here for four nights for our son's wedding. The place was modern, clean and comfortable, and the location worked perfectly for us. Highly recommended.

The landlord is good and the place is well maintained. The kitchen, though, is tiny, about the size of an egg cup.

Clean, comfortable and nice. The WiFi is weak and slow, though.

A very nice place to stay, and a very nice host.

We stayed in the attic on the top floor of the Loughborough apartment called "Meadow Lane". It's a 1+1 flat and has almost everything you'd need. The kitchenware is a bit dated, but still usable. There's only one bed for two, and it isn't very big, so bear that in mind if you're travelling alone. The landlord also asks for a deposit after you rent, which is refunded later. The train station is around a 15-20 minute walk away.
