City Marque Knightsbridge Serviced Apartments

Our apartment was spotless and inviting, and the woman at reception was so kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful place in a great location. I’d happily recommend it.

We had three little kids, and the three-bedroom apartment at Beaufort house Aparthotel was just right for our family on our first trip to London. The staff were fantastic every day, and the apartment was looked after daily and stocked with loads of extra goodies. We absolutely loved our stay and will keep coming back. Thank you to the staff for making it such a great experience!

We had a family of five and plenty of room in the three-bedroom apartment, with its separate kitchen, big dining room and comfortable living area. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the reception team was happy to help with whatever we needed. The location is hard to beat, just steps from Harrods and great restaurants, and walking distance to Hyde Park, Chelsea and everything Knightsbridge has to offer. We highly recommend it and plan to stay here whenever we’re in London.

The apartment stay was good, but housekeeping needs to do a better job. Some dishes weren’t properly clean, and things like napkins, Q-tips and other used products were left where they were, on the floor or on surfaces. I also lost some products while housekeeping had them. I’d give the stay five stars if the cleaning were better. Thanks for understanding.
