The rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable and spotless, with plenty of places to charge devices. I slept well even though the hotel is beside a road, as traffic noise was minimal and I heard nothing during my four nights. There was lots of parking, too. The food was filling and nicely prepared and presented. Staff at reception were welcoming, professional and knew the surrounding area well. They went out of their way to help during my stay. Debbie deserves a special mention: her smile was a lovely sight at breakfast each morning. A wonderful place, 10 out of 10, and 11 out of 10 for Debbie 😁

Nearly a five-star stay. The staff were really friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The large room was quiet, with a very comfortable mattress, fully lined curtains and a massive TV. The shower was lovely and came with shower gels, but the bathroom felt cramped and the toilet was ridiculously low. Breakfast was mediocre.

The people here made the work trip much better than I expected. Reception, restaurant staff and cleaners were all friendly and helpful, and that made for a great stay. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually prefer a window I can open because hotel air conditioning can be hit and miss. This one worked well, even in December.

The rooms were perfect, and they even made veggie sausages for breakfast. Ged at reception had a hilarious sense of humour, and the restaurant staff were lovely too. A really lovely experience, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I stayed overnight and was struck by how friendly everyone was, as well as how close the place is to the airport. From the welcome through to the service in the restaurant bar, every part of the visit was exceptional. Vidita especially went out of her way to make the service feel five-star. Well done to everyone, and especially Vidita!
