Amanda and Tony were attentive, lovely hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the kind gesture of being upgraded to a sea-view room when we arrived. It was large, clean and had an en suite, plus a tray for tea and coffee and some scrumptious biccies. We stayed three nights and will definitely recommend the place and return. Thanks to you both for a fabulous stay 👌xx

We weren’t expecting a sea view, so that was a lovely bonus. The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed, and breakfast was lovely too. Our hosts were very welcoming and shared helpful local knowledge.

I had such a lovely three-night stay with Amanda and Tony. The hospitality was warm and professional, with just the right balance of privacy and welcome. My room was comfortable, and the en suite had hot water, which was perfect in the cold weather. Breakfast was home-cooked each morning and super delicious. Thank you for such a lovely stay! ❤️

The hosts were warm and helpful, and breakfast was lovely. Our room was spotless and huge, with a sea view. Sitting in the comfy bay-window chairs with a cuppa and looking out at the water was a treat. A lovely guest house in a great spot.

Tony & Amanda made us feel very welcome, and the immaculate room and wonderful breakfast made the stay. They know Lowestoft well and were happy to share their knowledge. The beach is just across the road, with the town centre about a 10 minute walk away. Free street parking was available, though it can be busy until about 4pm. Lowestoft is beautiful, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
