Billy sorted out the rooms, and Conor made check-in feel really welcoming. The place was nice and clean, and the staff were a good bunch. We stayed for a couple of days over Christmas. Would definitely use it again.

Matthew deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. We were here for a nearby festival, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was just right, with a strong shower, a comfy bed, and plenty of pillow options. Breakfast was spot on too, with good coffee and a clean, well-kept dining area. We'll 100% be back next time we're in the area.

The staff were lovely, and the food was okay when it was available, though it got very busy. But taking away the standard plates and replacing them with smaller ones to reduce waste made breakfast one of my worst dining experiences. Trying to fit a full breakfast on a tiny plate? No thanks. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard Holiday Inn Express.

We had a lovely breakfast, with plenty of cereal, yoghurt and fruit, plus help-yourself jam, honey and hazelnut spread. I did miss having mushrooms and black pudding, though. The big bed was really comfortable, and despite the hotel being busy, our room stayed quiet. The shower was hot and had good pressure.

Breakfast was great, with quality food served hot. Everything was clean and tidy, and all the colleagues gave great service. The car park is a bit tight since it's shared with another property.
