We landed at Luton Airport around midnight after coming back from Italy. I’d phoned the hotel to say we’d be late, and they were very accommodating. When we got there, we were greeted warmly, then a gentleman showed us to our rooms and left us to settle in. Our bedroom was a good size and clean.

The room was tiny, and the furniture wobbled. The shower barely dripped because it was covered in limescale. There weren’t any facilities in the property, and the ground floor had rolled up carpets and boxes lying around. There was a kettle but no mugs, tea or coffee. The bathroom extractor brought a strong curry smell into the room, and I couldn’t find any staff.

I’ve stayed at this Inn several times while visiting Luton Town, and I’ve never found anything to fault. The rooms, sheets and toilets are very clean, with cleaning done often and plenty of cleaning essentials. Staff are great and the hospitality is amazing. They even lent me a hoover to clean my car without asking any questions. The view is lovely, parking is available, and the food is really good, with South Asian food and culture represented well. I can’t recommend the place enough. Amazing place to live in!
