Maria, Raj, and the rest of the team made the stay feel special with their friendly, attentive hospitality. The place was spotless and well looked after. Breakfast had lots of fresh, high-quality choices, and the several restaurant meals I had were delicious and nicely prepared. They're refurbishing some rooms at the moment, but it caused very little disruption. If you're coming in late from a flight, you might want to ask for a room on a floor where the work is already finished. I had a wonderful week and look forward to staying again next week.

We came to Luton for a wedding and spent the night here. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good with a nice range of food. The staff were exemplary and went out of their way to help. Maria at breakfast was especially lovely and clearly enjoyed looking after people. She's a real asset to the company.

The hotel's location worked well for us since it kept us clear of city-centre traffic, and the service was even better. Maria looked after us so well in the dining and bar areas, and other staff acted quickly when I raised an issue with the room. The one snag was the renovation work: we couldn't adjust the room temperature. The staff sorted it straight away, though.

Adam from reception even helped us get a parking ticket cancelled, and the bar staff were friendly too. The restaurant team and chef were flexible about our bookings. Everyone made us feel welcome, and it was the staff's level of service that really made the stay.

Maria, the F&B supervisor, is such a lovely presence. He always greets us with a warm smile at breakfast and during the day, and my son liked playing with her at breakfast too. Thanks, Maria! The room was really dusty and needed cleaning, and the bathroom needed a proper scrub. There was no full-length mirror, which was disappointing. Since the hotel is being renovated, there was no microwave on the 1st floor, so I couldn't heat food for my son. The receptionist wasn't helpful or accommodating. I work in hospitality myself, and I was really disappointed with reception. With the cleanliness and lack of accommodation, it didn't feel child-friendly at all.
