The breakfast was exceptional, and John and Stephanie were always there if we needed anything. We felt comfortable in their home and were welcomed with tea and homemade cake when we arrived. Our room was immaculate and refreshed each day. My partner and I had a lovely stay with them.

We stayed in the Garden View room, which was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. Stephanie told us where it came from, and we're planning to buy one ourselves. John and Stephanie were friendly, helpful hosts who made everything easy. The full English breakfast was tasty and lived up to the reviews. Highly recommended for a quality stay.

We'd return without hesitation. John and Steph made us feel relaxed and very welcome, and their suggestions for places to visit gave us ideas we might not have found ourselves. The house and grounds are beautiful, the room was lovely, and breakfast was great. Thanks for making our holiday even better.

Fritham was a great suggestion for our last day. We had a fabulous long walk, then enjoyed a ploughman's at the Royal Oak. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including fresh milk in the fridge and wine glasses. We were welcomed with tea or coffee and delicious homemade fruit cake, and breakfast was superb. It's a wonderful spot for visiting the places nearby.
