The location is handy for Lymington, Christchurch and the New Forest, but at £110 per night I felt we could have found somewhere better. The bungalow seemed like an ex council home. It was very basic, and several garden levels and paths were uneven and felt unsafe. There were no rails along the path to the outside kitchen, so you could fall, and the rear garden wasn't lit. The side gate was heavy and had to be lifted to open or shut properly. There were no side coffee tables or side lights in the lounge, and no vertical blinds or net curtains in the lounge or bedroom. The windows are large and very low, which was nice in one way, but made me feel like a goldfish. Our 4x4 barely fit the narrow drive.

Only stayed one night, but it was just right. The place was really quiet, clean and well equipped, and the location worked well for us. Thank you Andrew and Sally. Would happily recommend.
