We only meant to use the site as a stop on the way to and from the Lakes, but it made such a good impression we’d consider a holiday here. The night views across Manchester’s lights are lovely, and there’s a shop and pub nearby. It’s handy for Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire, and our dogs weren’t restricted much. The site was quiet enough for us to play ball, and the toilets and shower were clean and warm. The owners seemed nice, though we barely saw them. Recommended.

The pitches are level and well looked after, with lovely views, and there’s plenty to explore nearby. The owners are really friendly. It’s a small CL site, but the shower and toilet block is great, and the cottages look lovely too. I’ll be back!

We had plenty of room on our pitch and could park the van whichever way we liked. The views are lovely, and there’s a good pub about five minutes away. It’s a 30 minute walk into Lymm, which makes this a nice spot for visiting the town. The shower room was nice, and there are two separate toilets. The owner was nice too.

This was my first time trying a CL site, just for an overnight stop on the way to North Yorkshire, and I was really impressed. The toilets and showers were fabulous. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

There’s a handy shop on site that seems to sell just about everything, plus a lovely pub a five minute walk away. You’ve also got a shower and toilet on site. It’s a great location for a motorhome or caravan. I’ve stayed twice before and have booked again for this year.
