We spent five nights here as a mother and daughter, and it was our favourite of all the hotels and B&Bs we’ve tried in Lynmouth. Debbie was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved every minute. Dan’s breakfasts were amazing, a welcome change from boring Shreddies at home! We’ll be back very soon. Thanks again for everything.

Our room was on the second floor and had lovely harbour views. The host was really friendly, and the cooked breakfast was generous. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Riverside Cottage is the place we always come back to for a relaxing break. Debbie and Dan make us feel so welcome, and it’s like a home away from home. Their breakfasts are the best we’ve had anywhere, with quality ingredients cooked to order. We also loved the two meals we had from the MeatHub. Thank you, Debbie and Dan. We’ll be back again. Xxxxx

The two people running the B&B are so friendly, and they make the best cooked breakfast. Our top-floor room was spacious, the shower was really good, and the bed was very comfortable. Although it’s beside the main road, it was quiet at night even with the windows wide open. If I return to Lynmouth, I’d only stay here if I could book this place again. 10/10. We booked two rooms at short notice, and they were just what we wanted: clean and tidy, with beautiful views. The road was quiet, breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, and the host made us feel welcome. Dogs are welcome too, which helped. A wonderful stay, and I’m sure we’ll return. Thank you.
