We really enjoyed our time at Fernleigh Guest House, and the rooms, bathrooms and breakfast were all great. We arrived late because of road trouble, but she welcomed us with real care and immediately explained where we could find food that late and where to park our car in the private parking space. The room was perfectly clean, with tea and milk in a little fridge, a great view and a very comfortable bed. A lovely host. We'd strongly recommend it.

Kerinda made our group of 11 feel very welcome while we were in the area to play cricket. She was incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout the visit. The rooms were clean and tidy and suited our needs perfectly, and breakfast was great. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

The owners were so welcoming that we felt at home right away. Our room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, and the bathroom actually made us say "wow." The location is ideal: leave the car in their private parking and walk to loads of restaurants, tea houses and pubs. You can also walk to the cliff railway or take the coastal path straight into Valley of Rocks. Breakfast was a wonderful full english. This is a charming, friendly, immaculate place, just what every B&B should aim for. We'll definitely go back.

The house is close to the village centre, so everything is an easy walk away. Our hosts had thought through all the little comforts in the room and were very helpful, giving us a map of local places to eat along with recommendations. It was an absolutely wonderful stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

We stayed one night in a small but lovely room. It had everything we needed: towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, a kettle, blankets, a fridge and smart TV. The place was clean and cosy, breakfast was delicious, and the owner was nice, helpful and always smiling. I recommend it!
